TRAINING FOR clearing AIRHOSTESS & GROUND officer interviews
One-year Customized Training for Clearing Airhostess and Ground Officer interviews
ADVANTAGES
1.Comprehensive Training: The curriculum is designed to cover all the essential aspects of cabin crew duties, including customer service, grooming, safety procedures, and emergency management.

2.Expert Faculty: The training is conducted by an ex-airhostess herself and more than 100 girls have been placed in reputed airlines.

3.No diversion to other sectors: SIAT is fully focussed on placing students in the aviation industry & students are not forced into other sectors like hospitality, call centres, retail etc.
4.Soft Skills Development: The training places a strong emphasis on improving communication skills, body language, interpersonal relations, and emotional intelligence to help candidates deal with various passenger scenarios.
5.Focus on Grooming: Air hostesses must present themselves professionally, and SIAT conducts grooming sessions that include personal appearance, posture, and overall demeanour.

6.Confidence Building: The training helps students develop the poise and confidence needed to excel in customer-facing roles, including public speaking and stress management.
7.Practical Training: Students are exposed to intensive mock interview sessions with Introduction Rounds, Communication Rounds, Group Discussions, Group Tasks, Ramp Walks, Personal Interviews etc. based on the selection procedure of airlines.
8.Placement Assistance: SIAT provides full assistance for job placements. Even students who had to discontinue classes for many months due to genuine reasons like medical emergency of self or family members, skin treatment etc. are provided assistance for placement after they resume their classes & many such students have been successfully placed in airlines.

9.Long-Term Career Focus: SIAT doesn't just prepare students for entry-level roles but also offers guidance on career growth within the aviation industry, such as progressing to senior cabin crew or pursuing roles in airline management.
10.Personalized Attention: Students receive one-on-one mentorship and career counselling to ensure they are on the right track not only throughout the duration of the course but even after passing out and working in airlines. Ex-students working in airlines regularly interact with SIAT mentors for advice and assistance for progressing to the next level in their careers.
