Her mission extends beyond training—she strives to mould her students into graceful, confident, and sophisticated divas. An MBA in HR and a Diploma in Aviation & Hospitality, combined with her hands-on cabin crew experience, give her a unique edge in aviation training. Adding to her multifaceted profile, she is also a Black Belt in Shotokan Karate—a reflection of her discipline, resilience, and leadership spirit.

Reetu K. Barla (REETU MA'AM), Senior Trainer (Aviation & Grooming), brings over a decade of rich corporate experience in marketing, customer service, and training. More than just a trainer, she is a true friend, philosopher, and guide to her students, consistently motivating and mentoring them to achieve their dream of becoming successful cabin crew & ground officers. A postgraduate in English Literature from the prestigious Gauhati University, she also holds a Diploma in Aviation & Hospitality.
